Be careful or your face will freeze like that!

Did your mother ever issue that warning when you were scowling? I didn't hear it often, but that one and close your mouth, you're catching flies were part of her repertoire.

Yesterday was a Colton day here. I used the webcam on my laptop to take pictures to put into this email for his mommy while she was at work.

I know Grammy loves me, but I think she might be a bit nuts! She tried to teach me to knit today!

She thought maybe I didn’t like that yarn so she tried another kind. Do I look like I care?

We practiced making faces next. I am much cuter than she is, but the old girl does try. I think she needs a hobby.

I made a deal with her. I told her if she stopped, I would take a nap. I’m still pretending to sleep so that she leaves me alone.

I love you Mommy!

Colton

P.S.  Grandpa said in a kinda loud voice that Grammy DOES NOT need another hobby.  These two are actually kinda funny. See ya in a few hours!

Should I feel guilty writing about the little guy and possibly boring you? Nah. If I haven't bored you with other stuff by now, I should still be okay. Besides, a writer is supposed to write what they know, and I know I love this little guy.  Photobucket

We love you because you are real and write from your heart and he will love you for it too.

Also he will love those faces of yours.

Do you babysit every day when your daughter works?

By the way - he's precious!

Love,
sandie

It would be so helpful if I could spell . . . let me try again:

Bore?? I know you're kidding! I could look at that little face all day. And the baby's too! LOL!

He's precious, and I thank you for cheering my heart with his picture.

the pictures are ADORABLE (you and him both :) )!!! looks as if "grammy" already found her new hobby.... if you ever need more to take up your time, i've got three of them here that could use a playdate!

Yes I used to get told my face would stay like that when I was making ugly faces when I was a little kid...hahaha

However, I didn't bother telling my kids that as we all used to & still do have fun making the ugliest faces we can & sometimes for the camera...hahaha

Oh, I don't think you should feel guilty writing about the little man & certainly it isn't the least bit boring to read...I thoroughly enjoyed "his" conversation...hahaha
