Good Santa, Bad Santa

I've been painting Santa plant stakes. Did you know their personalities emerge while you paint?

This one is healthy Santa. He is in the midst of doing a jumping jack.

This is Spiked Egg Nog Santa. He is hanging on to that street lantern so hard, he is bending it! He may be holding onto his tummy too, so when he says "you'd better watch out", I think he means it!

Now before anyone gets upset about me talking about that December holiday, just think of this as a frightening Halloween post. The idea that Christmas is only 76 days away is pretty darn scary!

Knitty, I love all the things you are painting. I'm painting but it's not crafts, it's craft organizers. Al is making me a sizzex die holder so I can sell my towers on ebay. Love and Hugs, Pat

Lol! You're right... it is pretty darn scary that it's literally RIGHT around the corner! arg. Let the Holiday madness begin!

Pat, you mean sizzix dies aren't supposed to be all over, hither and yon? I miss the cases that the old dies came in. Much easier to store IMO.

If I was as organized as our friend PeggyB, I would have Christmas crafts under control. She is so disciplined, started them in January and working all year long. I usually need a deadline looming over me to make me productive.

It is a scary thought to think about Santas. I’m ok with Halloween but don’t want Christmas quite yet! You’ve done a lovely job painting the Santa. They look great!
Have a lovely weekend.
